In less than a few ticks away, we'll be putting on our uniforms and dragging our feet back to school.
But our school, SMKSJ is not just a place of studying. It's a place for

Growth
Sharing
Friendship
Serving
Learning
Testifying
Loving

Let us not be down when we put our uniform's on. Lets view school in God's perspective and see it as a harvest field, a mission field.

Let us be happy and excited when we walk back into school
Let us be thankful we actually have a school
Lets us be grateful to know the people through our school



But you will receive power when the Holy spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem,and in all of Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth (Acts 1:8)

Back to school.

It's Saturday!

School's starting again in 2 days. =P
Was thinking of putting up a countdown timer thingy just for the fun of it, but i figured there'll be loads of complaints at the chat box thingy down there.
So i had to control myself. :)

Anyway.
School's not that bad.
So many ways to reach out.
So many people to share your testimonies with.
So many lives to influence.

And best of all.
When there are no holidays, there're prayer meetings and cf and lots of other fun things to do together.
So why complain? =P

Experience a Miracle

CF of SMK USJ 4 has just had their rally - EX.A.M, last friday. These are a few thoughts that YOU could think about.

God is REAL. No matter whether you believe it or not. It's to our advantage if you believe in HIM. There is a God out there. Relate it to something like gravity. You can believe all you want that gravity does not exist. But no matter how you much you believe in it, gravity is still present. Relate it back to God. God is real, no matter whether you believe in it or not.

God cannot be explained. God wants to be experienced. If you would want to explain God, you will never be able to, because He wants to be experienced. And you can experience Him everyday, the moment you wake up and see the sunshine creeping in, God is there. The time where you were doing that wrong thing and no one was looking, God was there. And the time where you did a little good deed that no one acknowledged, God was there. Why not give it a shot to experience this amazing God, no harm done!

Your life is a platform for God to show up and show off. Every time you face a problem or disaster, it is by God's will. Your life is like a movie, and God is watching it. No one like to see a boring movie, so does God. So He allows this things to happen so that you can experience Him. And He knows your limits, and will never cross that. Other than that, He works best when you are weak.


In a nutshell, in the seasons of exams, lets not stray away but draw closer to Him, for much wisdom and strength.

Are you too BUSY?

Hey SMKSJ :)

The raya break has just started, and like every holiday, it's a time of relaxing, late nights and hanging outs..

In the process of "raya-ing" with our fellow Malaysians, don't forget to spend time with God everyday.

Spend time to pray and read His word.

Talk to Him.
We may struggle with doing our daily devotions, fall asleep while reading the Bible or be too busy throughout the day to spend time with Him.
Often, Christians (myself included) tend to push their "quiet time" to the end of the day. There's nothing wrong with that..but by then we get too tired by the days activities to actually spend quality time with God.

When that happens, we just push devotions aside and tell ourselves "I'll do it tomorrow."

But the supposed "tomorrow" never comes. It's an endless cycle.

In the end what happens is that we drift away from God and slowly we start to put our handphones, our friends, the computer, television, msn-ing, facebooking & others before God. Don't let tuitions, homework or studies make you too busy.

So. Are you still going to be too BUSY for God?

Let's continue to grow in our FAITH and keep praying and believing for miracles to happen everyday and everywhere.

The CF of SMKSJ has finally come up with a blog! Isn't it awesome? (;

We'll be using this blog to make announcements, put up pictures of our friday cf's and other stuff. :)
